Applying to DockThere are three ways to apply for enrollment at Dock.1. Print out the application in the pdf format, fill it out, and mail it to the address below. Student and Family Application - pdf* Admissions Office 2. Apply online! Click on the link below to fill out the application electronically. Please note: the application is lengthy with sections for both student and parents to complete. Allow yourself enough time to complete the entire form at once. It cannot be submitted incompletely.
