Christopher Dock Mennonite High School

Welcome to Dock!

The Christopher Dock Mennonite High School learning community welcomes you! We are delighted to give you a glimpse into our school, and that means introducing you to people of integrity, respect, and accountability. It also means showing you a curriculum that is infused with faith and values, critical thinking, problem posing, and problem solving. It is a high school experience where faculty know your name! /files/Website images/k adams w kids.jpg

Five distinctives characterize CDMHS: Christ-centered, educational excellence, opportunities, community, and peace/service. The Confession of Faith in a Mennonite Perspective is taken seriously and guides school operations and Biblical teaching.

An exciting and unique thread woven through the CDMHS curriculum is Building Community; the genius of faculty combined to link the important tenets of faith in a learning community with practical school experiences. Building Community components include: Freshman Retreat; Sophomore service; Junior Social Issues class; and Senior Experience (week long self-designed service/job shadowing) and Senior Presentations.
